1999 Honda Civic Turning signal lights

I have a 99 honda civic lx and the turning signal lights are not working. I changed the flasher relay next to the fuse box under the dashboard but its still the same. When I turn the hazard lights, they do work.

You need to check the the fuse, switch and wire connectors.
