1999 Honda Civic tie rod end stop nut stuck

I tryed to replaced my honda outer tie rod end, but I can not removed the stop nut, since to stuck to the outer tie rod end, any idea to remove the stop nut? Thank you.

I take it you are reffering to the nut on the "Inner Tie Rod" ? It butts up against the outer tie rod end ?You will more than likely have to heat it up w/a torch. If you do not have access to a torch, sometimes you can get it hot enough w/Butane torch to break it loose. It will take longer w/Butane, get it good & hot. Use caution not to burn any rubber bushings or axle boots ! Good Luck ! P.S., also use penitrating oil. { P.B.Blaster or equivelent }.
