1999 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 320KM miles

My speedometer do not work correctly whenever I turn on the headlamp. The meter is either bounces up and down or remain at Zero. When I turn off the headlamp the meter will work perfectly.

Hi ibs,

Seems you have a ground circuit problem. Check the ground circuit for the meter cluster, at left kick panel.
