I recently changed my distibuter cap, sparkplugs, sparkplugs wires, rotor, coil and oygen scensors. Since then my headlights and dashlights are pulsating and my rpm's are fluctuating all in the same rythm. Any Ideas?

First thing to check would be your chassis ground issue. Ensure all our clean and corrosion free.

Check your alternator output. Ensure the belt is tensioned properly. If so, you may have to replace the alternator.
