1999 Honda Civic inner tie rod end dust boot

my honda civic Lx 151960 miles , I finded my car right side inner tie rod end dust boot broken,so can I just chang the dust boot or replace the whole inner tie rod end, whate special tool need to do the job done? thank you.

If there is no play in the inner tie rod just replace the boot. There are no speciality tools needed for the dust boot.

However for the inner tie rod, you need an inner tie rod tool and you must get an alignment afterwards.
