When I start my car everything runs fine. Once the car warms up though it idles really low around 100 to 300 rpms when i am stopped at street lights. If the AC is on it idles even lower and almost dies. It hasn't died yet. I have change plugs and plug wires. Worked fine for about two months then started to idle low again. Car runs fine while driving. I was just wondering what the problem might be

have the ignition coil and ignition control module checked, they are a common issue when the vehicle gets over 100k miles and has problems when vehicle is warm.
