1999 Honda Civic 91,000 miles
Hello:
Not sure what to do. I bought a Haynes Repair Manual for my vehicle and I see what the manual is telling to do. I don't want to take the wrong part off and screw it up more.
When the car is in a parked position with the engine running, it idles up and down. When I drive it, it sounds a bit loud. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
