I RAN MY CAR W/O CHANGING THE OIL (WITCH CAUSED MY CAR TO MAKE A "KNOCKING" NOISE). I GOT A MECHANIC TO COME LOOK AT MY CAR...I KNOW I ISN'T GOING TO BE CHEAP...BUT WHAT IS THE CHEAPEST WAY TO FIX THIS!?

Cheapest way is to purchase a used engine and swap it in.
