1999 Honda Civic Car shakes after i let off gas

This problem started today i just bought the car a week ago and now when i accelarate the car doesnt shake but as soon as i let off gas it sounds like i have a flat tire on the front plz help

This sounds like it could be a bad axle shaft.
while in a parking lot and turning sharp to right or left do you hear a clicking noise?
