The AC compressor clutch will not kick on in my car unless you run a jumper wire from the battery to the compressor. Recently had it charged to factory specs. When you run a wire straight to the compressor it comes on no problem and blows ice cold. I have tested the relays, the fuses, the AC pressure switch, the AC thermal switch on the compressor and under the dash, I have replaced the head unit. The condensor fan and green light come on on the control unit. Everything in the AC system works great, but it still will not kick on when you push the button. It is driving me insane. I have my whole dash apart driving around this way because I try and work on it everyday. What else could it possibly be?

Hi soupbox660,

The PCM. At the PCM, if grounding the Red/Black wire of terminal A17 turns the compressor on, the PCM is bad.
