My car makes a loud sharp screeching noise every time I put my a/c on around where the water usually drips. What could be the problem. With it?

Sounds like the blower fan is causing this, you are hearing it next to the firewall? Where the water drips out, therer is nothing there, except on the other side of the wall where the blower is.
