1998 Honda Civic Wiper/Interior lights

My intermittent wiper function does not work. It works in low and high but no intermittent. Also the interior lights do not function. All fuses have been checked and appear to be good. Both problems seemed to have occurred at the same time.

Check the integrated control unit plugged into the fusebix underdash.
