1998 Honda Civic window malfunction

My right passenger window will only go up and my left rear driver's side window will not do anything. I checked all the fuses and switches. They all work on the driver's side connection and right rear connections. I installed a new regulator and motor on the passenger front side and it only went up as well. The odometer kicks in and out as well from time to time. It may be unrelated. Any ideas ?
