1998 Honda Civic Speedometer

My speedometer is not working. When the car is on it sits at 20 MPH and when i step on the gas it wiggles up and down quickly. All other gauges on the dash are working. How do i fix this?

Hi

I suspect the speed sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced.
