I am loosing fluid but there is not a spot in my garage. The car gets close to overheating when in styop and go or idle, never on the highway. It all seems to go to the reserve and then overflow from the reserve. I was adviced that there is air in the cooling system and that there was a valve to bleed the presure build up. I have looked everywhere for it. Do I need a key? I was told that its usually where the upper hose and the engine meet. If its there I can't see it. Please advise.

If its not there then you should take off the radiator cap off start the vehicle and put the front end up on jacks so the radiator port is the highest part of the engine. Then while the engien is warmed and idling slowly poor coolant in untill it is full and no more bubbles appear.

For the overflowing storage tank you should change the thermostat and the radiator cap.
