MY HONDA CIVIC POWER STEEING IS GOOD PUT THE
RACK AND PINION BOOT I CHANGE SO MANY TIME
AND IT ALLWAYS IT RIPS. POWER STEERING FLUED LEAK OUT. why it rips???

Hi membreno,

The rack seals are bad and the leaking of fluids will cause pressure to build up in the boot causing it to burst.


You need to rebuild/replace the rack to solve the problem.
