1998 Honda Civic Engine Size unknown Four Wheel Drive Automatic 105500 miles

My engine check light turned ON. I pulled up the code as "P1362 - Manufacturer Controlled ignition system or misfire".

I changed the engine oil just a week back. What is the problem?

The fix for this majority of the time is to replace the distributor
