What size rings do I need to buy for this vehicle after honing the cylinders, also is it posible to replace the rings without removing the head.

If your cylinders is within the normal wear use the OEM part as for you taking out the head you have to best have a ridge reamer/ring compressor when you decide to do it

You need a telescopic gauge and a micrometer to do it-check the auto parts store there's many special tools involving engine rebuilding it has to be done right
