1998 Honda Civic No heat

One morning I turned on the heat in my civic and nothing. The fan works. I have bled the coolant, have warm hoses going from the valve that lets warm coolant into the heater core. the temp gauge for the car goes up to where it always has. What have I missed?

Turn the heater control on full heat. Full BOTH heater core hoses. If one is alot cooler than the other, the core is plugged.
