1998 Honda Civic left rear wheel

What would cause the left rear wheel to look to be bent out on the bottom. In other words the tire is wearing out on the inside of the tire because the wheel is at an angle.

the camber is out of alignment. Get a four wheel alignment and you probably need tires as well.
