Electrical problem
1998 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I'm having to turn my key three times before my car starts. I replaced my battery. At times I get a little click sound, at times nothing. I was told that it may be my ignition module switch, not quite sure of the part name. Any thing else I can check or can you tell me were to find this part?

Thanks!

Hi maricinton,

Part mentioned should be the ignition switch. It is available at parts stores. the problem described seems to indicate it is faulty.

Another item to check would be the security starter cut relay located behind left side of dash, taped to wireharness.
