1998 Honda Civic Ignition

1998 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Where is the Ignition Switch Modular located?
I'm having problems when I turn the key, it takes up 3 tries before car starts. I hear a little clicking sound. I've also replaced my battery which helped for a while. I was told by the local Auto Shop that it may be my switch. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
