1998 Honda Civic idle speed unstable

My honda 1998 civic EX is 122k miles. at newtral the idle jump from 1000 to 1500 repeatedy. when drving at 35 to 45 ,the engine shake alot, after 45 it is nomal. on thr high way when i go about 70, the idle drop and jump back again on and offu until i accelerate a little more. Then the problem start all over again. I don't fell smooth driving at all. Please tell me what i need to fix. Thanks a lots...

Check the fuel pressure/idle air control valve/TPS and MAP sensors also the EGR valve
