MY HONDA WONT START, SPARK PLUGS ARE SPARKING BUT THE ENGINE WONT SPARK. WHEN I TAKE OUT THE SPARK PLUGS THEIR COVERED IN OIL.
I KNOW ITS THE VALVE SEALS BUT CAN THAT STOP IT FROM STARTING?

Hi mugen1987,

The spark plugs covered in oil is not due to valve seals. It should be caused by bad valve cover plug seals.

You have sparks but do you have any fuel to the cylinders?
