recently as I was driving I went through a 1ft deep puddle with my car. as i'm driving through it my lights flicker and my car stalls out. I push it out of the puddle and try to start it, fails. all of my electronics are working just fine and the engine seems like it wants to turn over but will not flip even once. my air intake runs down near the bottom front right of my car and I believe it to have sucked up a little water. any suggestions??

Sounds like you have hydro-locked and blown the motor. If you suck too much water down the intake pipe the engine will hydro-lock. Usually this results in a blown motor.
