i own a honda civic recently when the car idles it shut off or it stalli recently had a tune up done after a couple days later the samething start to happen again. i come to a full stop the car idle and then it start to stall

Does it start right back up after? If not, check fuel and spark when it does not start.

If it does start right back up, when you come to stop, try holding the accelerator down just a little bit. If the vehicle does not stall you may have a vacuum leak causing the vehicle to stall.
