1998 Honda Civic Door replacement

I am trying to replace the doors on a 1998 Honda Civic EX. I found a set of doors from a 1998 Civic coupe and was wondering if they will work on the EX. Additionally, the coupe doors have manual windows while the EX is automatic. Can I install the doors and put the automatic assembly in place of the manual one?

I guess not. The coupe doors should be slightly longer than the sedan.
