1998 Honda Civic Dimmed lights

I have been having a problem with my passenger normal use headlight being alittle dimmer than the left one. I'm assuming that the wires maybe damaged somewhere and not delivering all the power it needs, but just what I have said in the first sentence, is there any possible obvious or specific area to look at for it or what may be the real answer why its not working?

Try splicing the ground wire and giving it a direct ground to the chassis. If it brightens up, it's a ground issue. It may also just be a dirty lens!
