My 1997 Honda Civic EX does not engage in either forward or reverse. It is the car I have for my daughter, she is away at school so it does not get used often. Last week I decided to take it for a drive around the neighborhood. It started out running great like all Honda's do, shifted fine but at some point the transmission got dis-engaged. I heard no unusual noise, checked the fluid (full, pink, no burning smell) and there is no leak. Any any troubleshooting this problem it would be appreciated.
