Hi,

I have a Honda civic 1997 1500cc. we've replaced the valve seats, had a head resurfaced and replaced the gastkets. My question is at what km reading should i have it re torque by the mechanic and the valves adjusted?

many thanks,

Hi erwin_mojica,

Honda engines do not require retorquing of cylinder heads.

I would recommend valve adjustment after 1000 miles.
