are the rocker arms for a 1997 honda civic ex adjustable, and is there anything i can do to quiet down the ticking sound coming from the valve cover

Valves are adjustable set intake at .007 - .009 in. and exhaust .009 - .011 in. also could be sluge or oil pump.
