1997 Honda Civic Problem with possible clutch or transmissi

Ok first off car would not start but jumped off and then will start now no problem.. but the real problem is once i start i can not engage in any gear.. but when not started will go into gear easily.. now the clutch pedal feel like there is less pressure when pressing in.. am able to put into gear when not started and start and gear will be engage but with clutch pushed in the gear is still engaged.. please help...

You have a clutch hydraulic system leak. It is either the master cylinder or slave cylinder. Both are pretty common failing items.
