Noises problem
1997 Honda Civic 4 cyl Manual
----------------------------------------------------------------
I recently had a very minor front end collision- no noticeable damage was done to either car, only ever since this accident my Civic has started to make a loud buzzing, vibration sort of noise. It is hard to tell exactly where the sound is coming from and it is much more prominent in lower gears or perhaps at lower speeds. It only happens when you are accelerating- as soon as the pedal is released the noise stops. Does anyone have any idea what might be responsible for this sound?

Hi EEss,

Most probably the front bumper lower clips are dislodged and the vibration is from the lower part of bumper against the engine or mounts.
