1997 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 90k miles

jus wanted to know what wires do i hook up to make my fan direct so that they stay on when i have the car running....

Splice into the blue wire at the fan motor connector take the other end of the wire and clip it to the Heater/AC relay fuse no. 17 7.5amp
