I just replaced my clutch, throw out barring, pressure plat and flywheel. My car wont shift into gears when the car is running but when the car is off it goes into gears fine. Could it be my slave cylinder?

It's a hydraulic clutch issue. So yes it could be a slave cylinder, but it could also be a master cylinder as well.

Check the clutch fluid level and look out for signs of leakages at the slave cylinder and inside vehicle at master cylinder push rod area.

Try bleeding the system to see if it helps.
