The car cranked fine, I went to health dept went in, came out, it wouldn't crank. Father in law looked at it and it had gas in the radiator and oil in the throttle body. The people where we got the car said we flooded it trying to crank it. They said they replaced the spark plugs and wires and now it cranks fine. Is this true or is there something else wrong with the car that they don't want to deal with?

Fuel in the radiator is a HUGE stretch. In theory (if you have a bad headgasket) it may be possible if you have a flooded motor. But I've never seen this, and probably never will.

If the vehicle cranks but doesn't start, it may of been your ignition secondary parts (plugs/wires). But if the vehicle doesn't crank, the plugs are not at fault. I would check the battery, starter, power cables, etc.
