1997 Honda Civic 3rd and 4th gear issues

Purchased this honda about 9 months ago, just started having issues putting it in 3rd and 4th gear.

Third gear is hard getting in and out of, No grinding sound. But 4th gear has a Grinding gear sound when trying to put it in gear.

I have tryied Double clutching to put it in gear easier, but it doesn't make a difference.

Can put it in 1st, 2nd, 5th and Reverse with No problems at all.

Any Idea what could be the issue?
