Recently I got check engine on my Honda Civic, the trany shifts smooth when it is cold. When the engine get up to normal operating temp, the trans shift as if it is slipping (high engine rpm before it shift). I brought my car to Midas for the trany service but it does not help. The code reader gave me trany related code as P0700 & P0715. Can it be the linear solenoid or something else? Please help!

P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction
P0715 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction

Hi there thank you for the donation, both these codes should be investigated by a transmission specialist, the sensor is fairly straight forward, but the control system malfunction may indicate an error in the ECU, this will have to be investigated further by a trans tech.
