1997 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I would like to install an aftermarket steering wheel. I am aware of the airbag situation but I'm sure someone's done it before. Is there anybody out there that can give me info on these? I've searched the web for an adapter kit and didn't find any. Do I have to switched the whole steering column to a 95 or older? And can they even be switched?

Hi normandc66,

If you install an aftermarket steering wheel, you have to sacrifice the air-bags.
