I REMPLASE MY AC CONDENSER AND I REHARGE THE SISTEM BUT STILL DOESNT WORK THE FAN DOESNT TURN ON AND CONDENSER TURNS PRETY HOT

You will first have to get the system pressures tested as this will give a better idea as to what is going on, have this done first.
