I have a 1996 Honda Civic Ex, the Check Engine light is on and after going to Autozone to check it out, they told me that is has this problem: System Too Lean (Bank 1). When I press on the gas my car makes this vaccuming sound or a blowing sound, not sure. It is a high pitched sound. Any ideas on what I need to do.

You have vacuum leak. You need to pinpoint where the leak is coming from. Usually from a broken/disconnected vacuum hose.
