1996 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i have a sparkplus that turns a little but gets stuck and wont come out what can i do to free it up?

Pour a good penetrating fluid (not just wd40) down into the cylinder tube and let it sit for a day. If that doesn't help, you may have to remove the cylinder head.
