1996 Honda Civic Speedometer and Pulsing lights

The speedometer is not working properly. It sometimes doesnt work and sometimes spins wildly out of control.

Also, the interior lights, head lights and air pulse increasing and decreasing in brightness/volume.

The speedometer working erratically could be due to a faulty VSS.

The lights pulsing could be due to a fault with the alternator or battery. Get the charging rate and battery tested.
