1996 Honda Civic slow pickup after 10-15 minutes of drive

I have this Honda Civic. Six months earlier I changed spark plugs, transmission fluid. The pickup was good when I did these job. I drove 4000 miles after that. Now the pick up is slow after 10-15 minutes of driving. I also recently did an oil change.
Any suggestion?
