1996 Honda Civic No heat from Heater

Heater problem
1996 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I can not get the heater to work even a little bit. The fan works fine and we get sufficient air through the vents and ducting but no heat. We have checked the water line valve that operates from the dash heat control and it opens and closes just fine but still no heat. Can yo help us?

Test or replace the thermostat and check the heater core if its clogged-up
