1996 Honda Civic my heater is not working

before my heater/ a/c was working, but if u want the heater to work it should be in the cold area(color blue) and a/c (red area). then my switch(handle) broke. (the 1 u move to get warm or cold). now all i have is cold air, no matter if i put it on either position all that comes out is cold air.

Did you replace the handle? Do you know that the control is actually moving?

nope i didn't. yes i am aware that it moves. its jst i dnt get why it worked before and no anymore. i ddnt do anything to it, d small handle just broke. im still using the small handle but cold air comes out on both setting (red-blue)
