1996 Honda Civic Fuses

My air conditioning comes on and blows hot air. The told me the compressor is good my condensor fan is good, but it keeps blowing fuses. I put a fuse in and it blows cold air for 1 minute then it will blow the fuse. I had an electrician check all of the wires on the schmetic chart, they are all good and working correctly. What can it be?

Obviously the circuit is not in working order if you keep on popping fuses.

You have to give it to a good electrical technician and have him diagnose the whole circuit in order to find the short.
