I have a 96 civic 1.6 single vtech and often when i turn the car on and release the E-brake it feels like i'm still driving with the brakes on. It's almost as if you were to try and drive away with the E brake on.
Also i checked my oil dipstick and there's oil splattered almost all over the dipstick even after i have wiped it off and checked it.
Any suggestions...Thanks
