1996 Honda Civic coolant reservoir tank

I noticed that the coolant in the reservoir tank is bubbling up with the engine running. I looked at my other vehicle, had the engine running, but the coolant in the overflow tank was not moving at all. Could there be a problem on my Honda Civic?

Pressure test the radiator cap-or just replace it-if it continues. Get it block and pressure tested
