1996 Honda Civic Check engine light is on.

Just tuned up. It didnt have major problems beforehand. Now check engine light is on and the lights are blinking and going from bright to dim. (head lights and tail lights) When this happens it drives real rough. Please help

Hi RGowin,

When the CEL shows, you need to do a diagnostic scan to find out what is causing it. Get it done free at Autozone and come back withthe exact error code and we shall see what needs to be done.
